My experience with the Little Extra Rice Berry 10% Vitamin C Face Serum
It has 10% Vitamin C, 1% Vitamin E, 0.5% Ferulic Acid, Black Rice Water, and White Mulberry.
The serum contains Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, a green tea extract that acts as a soothing agent and antioxidant. Morus Alba Root Extract or White Mulberry Root Extract helps target hyperpigmentation issues and age spots. The serum works for all skin types. The ingredients help with skin brightening effects with antioxidant properties.
In my husband’s case, he also has tan on his face and neck. He is never regular with his skincare routine. I have started using this serum for him. I see a little brightening on the inner neck area and behind. However, he has to be consistent to see visible differences. I loved using this serum too. It gets quickly absorbed into the skin. I layer it with sunscreen and so far it works perfectly for me. I would recommend this to anyone who has dark spots and dull skin as this will impart that glow on the skin.
How is Little Extra Rice Berry 10% Vitamin C Face Serum different from other Vitamin C Serums in the market?
Well for starters they have used used airless pump bottles. You will not find the typical dark amber bottle with a dropper. For beginners, dropper might be risky as the usage consistency should be at least 1 or 2 pumps according to your face. Over-usage is not recommended. I feel airless pump bottles help you gauge the quantity to be used on the face and avoid overusage of Vitamin C.
How to use the Little Extra Rice Berry 10% Vitamin C Face Serum?
Few Tips to avoid oxidation
Always keep the serum in a cool and dry place. I usually store it in a corner of my products closet. Avoid excessive heat areas. Make sure the place is free of sun and always dark. It is okay to store it in the bathroom but it might come in contact with a hot shower so please avoid it.
Just one thing could be improved. The label on the bottle, the font, and the manufacturing date were wiped away with frequent use. In this case, keep the outer packaging handy to see the dates for expiry.
