I never thought I’d write something like this, but it’s high time I informed my readers of a few things about myself. A little background about me: I’m not sure about others, but I do try to be on all social media platforms. No, I don’t do it for trends, likes, or followers. I do it because I love doing it. It’s what I’ve been doing for the past 10+ years.I loved this interesting prompt “7 Reasons To Follow/Unfollow Me” by Blogchatter and wanted to write some things on it.
7 Reasons To Follow Me
- I love being authentic – I don’t do trends. I always post on random things. It could a different experience at a temple here.
- My love language is food – I can whip up some great dishes, and I post them here a lot.
- Communication is my superpower; the moment I step outside, I can talk about a wide range of topics.
- If you love honest conversations, I’ve been into content writing and lifestyle blogging for 10+ years and have never once sugarcoated a review or experience. That is never me.
- If you’re exploring new places, I stay in Sindhudurg, often termed Konkan or Kokan. I keep posting things about traditions, festivals, and places to explore.
- If you want the internet to feel a little more human – I’m not always perfect. I make mistakes, apologise and rectify them always. I post things that made me laugh, pause, hidden stories, and some conversations even on my Instagram account.
- If you enjoy unnecessary levels of detail – I keep describing things and hence most of reviews are detailed even on Google Maps. You would hardly find 2 liner reviews.
7 Reasons To Unfollow Me
- I’m not regular – I feel bad for not being consistent on posting things or being active, but I don’t believe in forcing myself in doing things.
- I ask too many questions – I love to know things and sometimes in depth.
- I feel awkward with people who purposely keep quiet – I know introverted people, but I have this instinct that never goes wrong when some of them purposely don’t talk with me or avoid me.
- I investigate things a lot – I usually read things online, check reviews, and then try out a product or purchase something.
- I might be a little too much into skincare – I write on several lifestyle topics but skincare or product reviews has always been my first love.
- I don’t have the perfect internet personality – I might seem relatable or can post something very random. I don’t believe in filters, it’s always raw and real.
- You might actually enjoy being here – Follow at your own risk, because sometimes you might find things I post interesting or even come back for nostalgia.
