I love simple routines; they help me ease most everyday tasks.

Waking up on time each day (except for holidays or days when I’m at my mom’s place). Preparing tiffin or breakfast. This is non-negotiable, as we love having breakfast every day. Little stretching, bath time and skincare followed by prayer and some me time while having a hot cup of tea. Cooking meals and evening outings, along with some naam jaap or gratitude tasks. These things often change, but they’re mostly a routine I try to follow. I’m sure we all have some sort of routine that helps us to be more present and calm the everyday pace.
