Beginner Friendly Summer Makeup Look using Affordable Products

From fearing makeup to actually starting to do minimal makeup. I guess I’ve come a long way. I love how the skincare industry and brands have started focusing on great formulations. These products are not just trending; they are actually used by everyone and included in their vanity bags. Do you follow a Summer Makeup Look, or do you always prefer heavy makeup even in the scorching heat? I recently did this simple Summer Makeup look and have added the details below in the blog post.

Serum

Some of them completely avoid using serums, and I know so many of them who swear by face serums. I love face serums, especially the ones that absorb quickly into the skin. I’ve used some of these and can vouch for the efficacy. This 10% Vitamin C + EGCG Face Serum brightens the skin. Used this 10% Vitamin C Serum before, and it’s quite good.

Moisturiser

I used to hate moisturisers, but oil-free moisturisers have made me fall in love with them again. I’m currently using the 2% Niacinamide & Rice Water Superlight Gel. I also like this Bright moisturiser.

Tinted Sunscreen

If you hate heavy foundation and want a super light, natural makeup feel, please pick tinted sunscreens. Protection and a minimal makeup look are achieved in seconds. I love Dot & Key, but Wishcare has launched a new tinted sunscreen with new UV filters. The Dot & Key has 7 shades, while Wishcare has introduced 12 diverse shades. I have recently started using the Wishcare in the shade M202 which settles in my pores. I’m somehow inclined towards Dot & Key but let’s see as I use this only for functions or special days and not regularly.

Lip Balm

Blotter & Setter

I added a nice last step to this look with the Mars Blotter & Setter. The product is non-negotiable for those with Kokan humidity, so it’s a total must-have for oily-skin beauties.

Body Mists

I cannot stand strong fragrances and only opt for mild body mists. I personally love the Rose, Smokin’ Vanilla, & Vanilla. Close your eyes and just pick them 🙂 If you love body roll-on don’t miss this handy fresh roll-on by Carmesi. Sonali gifted me a Vanilla perfume and for the first time in my life it didn’t cause me headache or made me feel dizzy our nauseous so this has a spot in my favorites 🙂

Body Sunscreen Lotion

I have purchased this body lotion for more than 6 times so you can imagine how much I love this beauty. For night time, I use this.

Outfit

This was made for me 🙂 I totally own this color and fit. It is the Janasya Women’s Pink Dobby Gathered Co-ord Set. I hate the part where I placed an order for XXL and the pant size was 3XL 🙁 I could have easily ordered XL but the sleeves has elastic on the ends and I hate tight clothes hence XXL was perfect, I also din wanted to exchange for the pant as the set looks beautiful in reality.

Bag

Love this sling bag. Has 2 zips and fits my essentials like phone, small bottle, tissue, money, and lip balm.
