I don’t get the hype of squid fry. I feel it’s pre I don’t get the hype of squid fry. I feel it’s pretty average and not that great but both of them like it. We got it twice and made squid fry and it felt like rubber (the texture is chewy so some of them don’t like it) . It is basically like onion rings. So this time, when he got it I wanted to make Squid Curry to see if I like it this way. It did taste good but again I’m not much into squids so would pass this. However, the coconut gravy turned out super yummy and I ended up having fish fry with the rice and squid gravy on it. Check the pinned comment for the recipe.
