The feeling of a weird start to the day can be annoying and disturbing at the same time. We all wake up fresh and try to stay positive with a good approach in the morning. Morning Sickness during pregnancy is quite scary and can make you restless the whole day. Many of them face it throughout the day or during the first trimester. I call myself lucky that I did not have any morning sickness throughout the pregnancy.

I had my own ups and downs. For instance, I could not stand the aroma of fried onion and coconut for the first few months. This aroma made me feel super restless. Morning sickness and food aversions are common during the first trimester. I stay in Sindhudurg and seafood is common here. I could not eat fish for the first few months πŸ™ I started hating it.

We even thought what if I don’t eat and the baby will develop the same when we first feed seafood during the solid meal journey. However, this isn’t the case and it is a myth!

I did not experience morning sickness but this doesn’t mean it isn’t a thing. I remember my friends who could not eat anything and had nausea throughout the day. I was always positive and felt will never face this issue and that happened too πŸ™‚ It was like a small manifestation that went right!
