Do you remember the first part of Post-Natal Care? I’ve shared my detailed experience in the first part. I hope it will help all the new mommies to decide and plan their purchases accordingly. This post has an interesting list of products too. Do let me know any of your favorite products that you used in pre or post-natal care. All the below Post-natal care products are unique in it’s own way and might work differently for you. Always do a patch-test before adding any new product to your routine.

A few things that every woman goes through pre and post-delivery. Itchy skin, dark circles, stretch marks, mood swings, anxiety, sleep troubles, fatigue, breast engorgement, the struggles are never-ending. But in the end, it is all worth it when you see the baby and hold it in your arms.

Shesha Ayurveda Eladi Skin Hydrating Thailam

This oil specifically targets dry skin, dark circles, and baby massage. I used it during my massage sessions. It helps to moisturize the skin deeply and improves complexion from phototherapy skin darkening. It helps with non-hereditary dark circles. It can be used for both face and body. It helps with dry patches and extreme dryness like eczema.

Post-Natal Care

The Moms Co. Natural Body Butter

Pregnancy and post the belly is itchy and dry. The body butter is enriched with Vitamin C-rich rosehip oil. This body butter comes in handy and the fragrance is superb. Beautiful peach color with a lovely texture. It just melts into the skin. It has shea and cocoa butter. This comes in two sizes so order the smaller size and if you love the fragrance go for 200 gms.

Shesha Ayurveda Pure Rose Water

Fatigue is common and it is difficult to stay calm and refreshing with constant hormonal imbalance. This is where 100% Natural Steam Distilled Rose Mist comes into the picture. This is quite handy and can be used as a natural body mist or face mist to add that hint of refreshing state to the overworked body.

Shesha Ayurveda Kumkumadi Suvarna Ubtan

The skin often turns dull post pregnancy and using a natural face mask at least once a week can brighten up any mom’s face. I ordered this for Mom but ended up using it too. Lovely earthy fragrant ubtan and adds an instant glow to the face. One can add the pure rose water and use this on the face.

Post-natal care

The Moms Co. Natural Body Wash

A perfect Gentle Coconut-based body wash that cleanses the body thoroughly. It works perfectly for dry and itchy skin. This makes a perfect combination with the same brand body butter. The fragrance is mild and of coconut and ginger. The body wash is quite moisturising.

Juicy Chemistry Neroli, Rosehip, and Tamanu Body Butter

I have thoroughly used this body butter during my postpartum journey and loved it every bit. It is a little heavy but works best for dry skin, promotes even skin tone, and reduces stretch marks. But again one has to be consistent to see actual results for straight 3 to 4 months. You can use my affiliate code VARSHA15 for a discount to purchase this one here. I mostly used this during the night-time.

How did you plan Post-Natal Care? I would love to read some of your list of products or things that helped you tackle the phase.
