17th June is Father’s Day.
The new soulful song from the movie Raazi shows the unique bond of a father-daughter relationship.

Appreciate His Hard Work – Each parent is special and we see the hard work they do since childhood to keep us happy each moment. My dad is retired Havaldar and currently an ex-serviceman. When I was a kid, mommy took care of me when dad was busy with work and posted to different cities throughout his duty. We crave my childhood with him, he sent letters to mom to ask about our well-being. It is very important to appreciate their efforts or hard work and sacrifice they do for us.



Make Dad Feel Special – Cook his favorite dish. Plan a candlelight dinner at home. Take him for a detox break like some nature trail or a road trip. Go on a brisk night walk with him. Talk about his office and his friends. This will for sure relieve his daily stress 🙂
Movie Date – Plan a weekend only for dad and book a movie ticket. Entertainment reduces an individual’s stress. Play some songs, music is the best for relieving strain. 
Pamper Him – You don’t need to visit a luxurious spa to pamper your father. One can create the equivalent ambiance at home. DIY Foot Soak – Add Epsom salt to warm water. It breaks down into magnesium and sulfates in water. Epsom relaxes sore muscles. One can use this as a foot soak or for the bath too. The bath can be for 15mins.
